Rating: 99% - Submitted by Lithium on 2002.01.26 06:25:59 PM After seeing clips of this show on "Live, Tonight, Sold Out" and hearing a few tracks of it on "From The Muddy Banks of the Wishkah," fans were wanting more. Fortunately, we got what we wanted. As you probably know, this show was released on tons of discs, and all of them, ALL of them, incomplete! This is the first show to include the complete show, including "Territorial Pissings" and "Come As You Are." This is the performance of "Come As You Are" where he screams the lyrics and generally butchers the whole song. The quality is great, and the overall show is wonderful. You can even hear Krist singing "Macho Man" by the Village People during "Love Buzz." The band seems like they enjoyed playing this show. I give this show a 99% instead of a 100% because the disc is only around 56 minutes long. Some filler would have been nice. |
Rating: 89% - Submitted by Bleachedblack on 2002.11.18 11:37:04 AM Quite frankly, this dissapointed me. It isn't incomplete - there's a cut before 'Blew' and Krist even thanks the crowd for their patience. Apart from 'Come As You Are', and excellent renditions of 'Love Buzz' and possibly the best version of 'Blew' I've ever heard, there's nothing really special about this release. |
Rating: 100% - Submitted by PaRaSiT3 on 2003.01.16 06:00:21 PM Paradiso Lost is the last Disk i bought. The sound is clear and can be compared with Original Nirvana CD's.The band plays really good and Kurt signs with power. If you listen "Come as you are" you will understand that it's the same with "Live tonight sold out" video.Kurt screaming like crazy and if you listen carefully you can understand that kurt seams desperate i dont know why.The other song whick you must check is "Lithium".Its the same with "From the muddy banks of the Wiskah" and Nirvana play them with more speed that on Nevermind. Its the only song by bootleg that make me bristle. This is the only disk that have the whole show and in the right order.Rest of them are incomplete and not in the right order.I suggest "Paradiso Lost" for anyone who want to hear the true Nirvana!!! |
