The catalog number, AA-0004, can only be found in the matrix on each side of the vinyl.  The name of the record label that produced this item is not listed at all.  The spine of the sleeve, which is made with "very thin and supple paper," only has "NIRVANA   IN UTERO" printed. Labels on the black vinyl are yellow with what appears to be brown text.  Both are rather plain, lacking logos and the usual publishing and copyright legalities.  Apparently, some Russian is included with "CTEPEO" and "CTOPOHA" meaning, respectively, stereo and side.
