This interview disc, which comes with a book by Paul Haus, was released twice. In 1995 it was titled Nirvana: Limited Edition, but changed to Nirvana: The Unauthorised Edition in 1996. Contents and artwork of both items are the same. There is a slight difference in the font used for "Nirvana" on the front insert.
