Contents of this item come in a round tin that is about four inches tall. The lid has the Japanese Hormoaning artwork on the top and underside -- the inserts that came with the CD's jewel case (not included) were cut to size and glued onto the lid's surfaces. (For what it's worth, the inserts have purple lettering.)
The bottom of the tin has two stickers ("Limited Edition __/500" and "Made in England") as well as a UPC. The shirt is black with what is best described as artwork based on the cover of Bleach. A button, with "Nirvana" and a symbol*, is also included. The side of the tin is simply labeled "Nirvana."
The CD comes in a white, fabric pouch.
