Notes for AUD #1: The taper forgot to use his attenuator so the microphones overloaded causing distortion.
Notes for AUD #2: 'Pennyroyal Tea' cuts in due to a tape flip and the recording cuts off during 'Blew' due to a tape swap. In February 2015 a transfer of the master tape was circulated.
Notes for AUD #3: Circulated in January 2011.
Notes for SBD #1: 'Heart-Shaped Box' only. See the Live Nirvana Companion To Official Releases for more information about this official release. Side four of the vinyl version contains additional stage banter not present on this source. See From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah (Vinyl) for more information.
Notes for AMT #1: Amateur video, shot from a slightly elevated position from the centre of the audience, fairly far back. The VHS(1) used for both audio and video transfer has a few small dropouts throughout the show. A 1st generation tape has been transferred to DVD; see Live Nirvana's DVD Guide for more information.
Notes for AMT #2: Amateur video. The first 50 minutes is shot from the back and middle-back of the venue. The remaining 20 minutes is shot from Cobain's side of the stage (and is mostly unobstructed). The intro, 'Dumb' and 'Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seattle' all cut in. There is a cut in 'Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam' and the recording cuts out completely during 'On A Plain'. 'Polly' is missing entirely, as this is presumably the point the taper moved from the back of the venue to the stage. Surfaced in November 2002. A 1st generation tape has been transferred to CDR/DVD; see Live Nirvana's DVD Guide for more information.
