Notes
This song is from Kurt Cobain's 1986 Fecal Matter demo Illiteracy Will Prevail. A mp3 file of this song surfaced on the Internet in March 2006

Drummer Dale Crover once stated that this song is called "Made Not Born," which is a line Kurt repeats several times at the end of the song.  This song is more than likely called Laminated Effect. It perfectly matches Michael Azzerad's description in Come As You Are that states that the song sounds like both Nevermind's "Stay Away" and the old MTV promotional bumper theme song.

Lyrics
Fecal Matter demo version (2:17), partial transcription:

Johnny was a homo
Kept his body clean
Moved to San Francisco
Caught a big disease
Raped by his daddy
Told he was at fault
Living life unhappy
????????????????

We're living in a time of change
Too many things you feel afraid
Do things against the will of God
Maybe someday soon they'll realize they're wrong

Lucy was a lesbian
??????????????
Moved to Acapulco
Nothing goes in her hole
Then she met Johnny
????????????
He and she got naughty
Found out that it's normal

We are living in a time of change
Too many things you feel afraid
Do things against the will of God
Maybe someday soon they'll realize they're wrong

Made not born
Made not born
Made not born
Made not born
Made not born
Made not born
