Notes
Hole had an arrangement with Jabberjaw owners, Michelle Carr and Gary Dent, allowing them to rehearse at the venue outside of regular business hours. Kurt Cobain would often sit in on these rehearsals and would occasionally take the opportunity to work on some of his own material there, too. Eric Erlandson recalls one such occasion, where he and a visiting Mark Lanegan stood and watched spellbound
as Cobain ran through a version of Dumb. Erlandson also recalls jamming with Cobain at the Jabberjaw, though it is unclear whether this occured during Lanegan's visit, or at some other time. (1)
