This Richard Berry original was jammed on very shortly by Nirvana at least once (1987.03.17, by Krist, after Spank thru.) Amongst others it have also been covered by The Sonics and The Kingsmen. Which artist Nirvana intended to cover is unknown, but The Kingsmen cover is the most widely known version.
