This is one of the songs that appear on the legendary Fecal Matter demo. Kurt Cobain sang vocals and played guitar. Dale Crover played drums and provided some backing vocals.
"Sounds extremely like the version on the 1987.04.17 KAOS show. Kurt seems to be ridiculing the principle of the song. On this version of 'Spank Thru' you can understand everything Kurt is saying."
The song would later make its way into Nirvana's catalog, first appearing on the Sub Pop 200 compilation.
