A jam on the theme from the classical opera "Carmen" - the real name of the theme is "Habanera", though on Nirvana bootlegs it's mostly listed as "Theme From Carmen". The title "Formaldehyde" has also been widely used on bootlegs, and was given when Krist says 'The F is for Formaldehyde' on 1991.10.19 - apparently after picking up a styrofoam cup.
