Released in 1991 as the first single off of Nevermind. Excluding some promos, there are two versions of artwork for the singles; American and European.
"Smells Like Teen Spirit" was released in varying lengths. The LP version is 5:01, while the radio edit is 4:30. "Drain You" is the LP version from Nevermind. "Even In His Youth" and "Aneurysm" were previously unreleased songs. (This version of "Aneurysm" is not the same as found on Incesticide.)
