The vinyl is black (45 rpm) and comes in either of two sleeves:
-
· A wrap-around (folded) sleeve that is white with black text and graphics. The front of the sleeve reads "studio nov 91," which is the Mark Goodier Radio Session from November 1991. The back of the sleeve is half the length of the front.
· A cream-colored sleeve with bluish-purple text. The front of the sleeve only has the title, "Smells Like Nirvana." The back of the sleeve has the mislabeled track list and "Studio 5, London, Nov '91."
