The translucent vinyl (45 rpm) comes in a black-on-white sleeve that is made with heavy paper. The front of the sleeve has the item's title at the top and the band names at the bottom. A picture of Sonic Youth and the text "super sound, 45 RPM Maximum 7!" are also on the front.
The back of the sleeve has pictures of each band, band names, and song titles. A small circle is above the catalog number and inside the circle are two fingers, which is the British version of 'the finger.' Printed in a ring around this circle is the text:
- 49% sonofabitch, 51% motherfucker
Nirvana is the only band individually credited:
- Kurt Cobain (chanteur), Dave Grohl (le batteur), et Chris Novoselic (le bassiste): le trio choc.

"Sound on all tracks is decent. The STP and L7 tracks are the best quality. The Sonic Youth track is a bit thin sounding, and the Nirvana track has a slight hiss during the intro but is not noticable once all the bass and drums come in."

I believe "romulus" is etched into both run-outs.
