The CD is set up to sound like a radio program, hence the call letters for a title. (For those of you interested, I believe there is a companion CD that DGC/Geffen also released; K-GEF features one of the other prominent DGC bands from that time...Guns N' Roses.)
A promotional clip for a Nirvana home video entitled Smells Like Teen Spirit is also on the CD. Apparently, this was the original concept that was later released as Live! Tonight! Sold Out!!.
Both Nirvana songs are the LP versions from Nevermind.
