Cory had this LP for a while, but it and the postcard were framed, so he couldn't inspect it closely. But now, due to a couple of accidents, we can reveal what this gold-colored vinyl really is. Cory writes:

"my brother was boxing his friend for fun.... knocked him into it busting the glass.... (and slicing his arm :) ) i was going to get the glass replaced.... but in my busy schedule it got moved around and stuck in the closet.... luggage fell on it.... bent the frame and ripped the matting.... so i deicided what the hell and dissected it :) it was a black vinyl painted gold on one side.... NOT EVEN nirvana!!!!!! some fucker probably got this vinyl from goodwill for $.50!!! then in even more blasphemy, i peeled back the nirvana promo postcard... and what did i find you ask????? A FUCKING JANET JACKSON POSTCARD BEHIND IT!@!!!!!!!!!! needless to say i smashed the hell out of the vinyl and just saved the cool little postcard.... damn $20 postcard..... hell... looked good on the wall for a while though...still pisses me off it used to be a janet jackson gold vinyl before it was a nirvana gold vinyl...."
