The CD comes in a folded, four-paneled sleeve. Instructions for opening and closing the sleeve are printed on the packaging. The lyrics to "Come As You Are" are printed in English on one of the panels.
An alternate catalog number, DGCS7-19065, is listed in parentheses on the CD and packaging. (I'm not quite sure what to make of this number. I know there is an Australian cassette version of this single, DGCCS-19065, that also is just "Come As You Are" and "Endless, Nameless," but the prefix DGCS7 seems to indicate there may also be a 7" single with these two songs as well.)
If you've looked at the scans and are wondering what the number MVCG-67 means, it's a reference to the Japanese CD version of Nevermind. I can't read Japanese, but I'm sure it says something like, "'Come As You Are' is the LP Version from 'Nevermind.'"
