If you look at the back of the sleeve, you'll see that the tracklist is basically correct.  The first error is that "Rape Me" and "Pennyroyal Tea" are not both listed, though one is with the title "Tired."  The other error is that "Endless, Nameless" is not mentioned. m a t r i x   n o t e s   by Charles: "'Polly' (morphs to Hard Rock Version with heavy drums towards end), 'Rape Me' (different early version with solo and no 'my favorite inside source..'), 'Pennyroyal Tea' (different early version 'percodans and demerol').  The record seems to be sped up despite the fact that there is room for more tracks on side b.  It's very noticeable on 'SLTS' and 'In Bloom.'
