Claims to have been made in the United States.
Songs are Nevermind demos. The vinyl (45 rpm) is available on four colors: black, red, white, and yellow.
There are two types of sleeves, both with the same artwork:
-
· Picture sleeve.
· Folded sleeve.
There are also two types of labels:
-
· Plain white except for "Made in the U.S.A." printed at the bottom.
· White with "NOT FOR SALE" printed at the top, "Made in the USA" on the left side, "PROMO ONLY" at the bottom, and "45 RPM" plus the side of record (A or B) on the right side.
