This single is a limited edition pressed on translucent red vinyl (45 rpm, small spindle hole). Each sleeve is numbered (EDITION LIMITÉ) on the front. The back of the sleeve has the UPC (7 20641 91917 1) printed in the top left corner with the catalog number directly below it.
While "EDITION LIMITÉ" is obviously French, the credits indicate this record was probably made in the United Kingdom:

© 1993 Geffen Records Inc. All Rights Reserved.
Reproduction prohibited. Distributed by BMG Records (UK) Ltd.
The GES prefix isn't normally associated with British releases, even though the credits seem to indicate this record was sold in the UK, so one could assume that the record was probably also sold in Western Europe. Why else would it have French text on the sleeve?
Another single has the same catalog number, but does not have a space between the prefix and catalog number.
