The picture disc (33 1/3 rpm) comes in a plastic sleeve with a label on the top right corner. The label has the title, tracklist, credits, and LV 109 and S.I.A.E. printed at the bottom. The label is also stamped.
Some tracks are from MTV Unplugged In New York. Side B is labeled as only "Side" in the tracklist on the vinyl.
The credits list "E. C.C." as the origin, but Italy seems like the likely source.
The label used on this item looks a lot like the one the Psychotic Reaction LP uses, though Cosmic Communications is not mentioned on that item.
