There is another version of this box with entirely different artwork. This box looks like a wrapped Christmas present, complete with artwork of ribbons and a bow.
Both CDs are the common European releases of the albums. The In Utero disc states it was "Made in France" on the CD and "Made in Germany" on the insert.
The Nevermind CD states it was made in Germany on the disc, but the insert does not specify a location. This item also has extra numbers (424 425-2) that Universal has added to its newer releases (since buying out DGC/Geffen). "Endless, Nameless" is included.

"Artwork-wise, compared to my regular Canadian release (of Nevermind), the artwork is a bit darker and glossier on the German version. The insert is also folded slightly differently. The box one folds in half then in half again while my Canadian one folds in quarters 3 times."
