Globus originally released two Nevermind LPs in 1992, one on green vinyl and another as a picture disc.  In the late '90s a different version of the green LP started to appear and raise suspicions -- the labels on each side of the record were not the same colors as the originals.  Around that same time, two multi-colored LPs also surfaced with the same labels (silver with black text).  The vinyl is either milky white/translucent or translucent green with various colored splotches mixed throughout.

Whether the second version (late '90s) of the green vinyl and both multi-colored vinyls are official or not is not known.  It is interesting that some serious collectors were surprised to find these LPs after the originals went out of print years ago.  Some people have reported quality problems with the sleeve or vinyl.

Conclusion: Based on appearance and circumstances alone, there is every reason to believe these are pirate LPs.
