Audio is available on bootlegs such as Saturday Night Live, and the official compilation SNL: The Musical Performances, Volume 2 which has "Rape Me."
Video has never been released, but is widely available in trading circles. Comedy Central still airs reruns of this episode, so keep an eye out if you've never seen this performance. And MTV2 has shown "Rape Me" as a music video.

This was Nirvana's second SNL appearance (the first was in 1992) and the host was Charles Barkley.
The Nirvana Live Guide writes:

"After the band rehearses the songs, they do a hilarious trailer shoot with Charles Barkley. An SNL staff member has confirmed that, while the band may have also rehearsed the day of the show, the video taped rehearsals always take place on Thursday."
Video of the Thursday rehearsal (1993.09.23), including the promo spots with Barkley, has also been bootlegged and features "Heart-Shaped Box," "Rape Me" (intro), "Heart-Shaped Box" and "Rape Me."
