Notes
- During either "Radio Friendly Unit Shifter" or "Lithium," according to attendees, Krist took off into the audience to thwart a breast-grabber and emerged back onstage without his shirt. Krist then yelled at that section of the audience, and Kurt said, "If anyone sees anybody groping a girl, beat the shit out of him."
