Notes
- The show was plagued with sound problems.
- "Been A Son" deteriorated, so the band stopped and started it over.
- "Negative Creep" deteriorated, so Kurt and Chad stopped playing, while Krist finished the song on bass only.
- At the end of the concert Kurt Cobain smashed his red Epiphone beyond repair.
