The vinyl is blue (45 rpm) and comes in a thick, cardstock sleeve. The front only has the word "Nirvana," but "Nirvana" and "Demos" are printed on the back along with the track list.

'In Bloom' is not the same version as the one on Triple Platinum. These are studio recordings, and sound good." The hand-etched code on Side A is bigger than on Side B because the run-out groove is larger.
